JSC Consulting is an immigrant agency accredited by the ICCRC to mastermind tailor-made immigration, student services, investment, and other related services for elite groups. Right now, our company is seeking to hire a sales manager to join our company. As a sales manager, you will perform the following duties:
• Manage staff and assign duties, direct daily operations, and determine staffing requirements.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and refund request
• Issue questionnaire, checklists to clients and gather documents from overseas clients
• Collecting and verifying documents from oversea clients and forward to respond case officer or sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential clients in person, phone, email, WeChat or via Skype for consultant and manager.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and provide training as request.

Wages: $50,000.00 Annually

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Work Location: Burnaby, BC

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required. A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or other filed related to the service being sold is preferred.
• Minimum 3 year of sales experience are required.
• Fluent in English. Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset, but not required.
• Proficiency in MS office (outlook, excel, word, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in long hours, late evening to meet deadline as required.
