We are looking for someone who can work hard to meet deadlines, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Your Responsibilities:
-Data entry and retrieval using property management software. (Buildium)
-Entry and organization of property expenses.
-Prepare annual reports for properties.
-General accountant assistance in NR taxes, payables and other duties as needed.
-Answering client inquiries through email or phone.
-Coordination with property managers and inspectors.
Requirements:
-At least 1 year experience in property management or transferable accounting environment
-Exceptional organization skills is definitely an asset
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize time
-Strong communication skills - written and verbal
-Technology - including strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Preferably Buildium )
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
