We are looking for a full time Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Run bi-weekly payroll for approximately 10 employees
- Documentation and filing in support of payroll activities
- Prepare deposits/journal entries/bank reconciliations/accounting reports
- Ensuring proper approval and accounting controls are followed before entering invoices into the accounting system.
- Processing monthly cheque run while ensuring proper timing of cash flow.
- Processing employee expense reports
Requirements:
2 years accounting experience /Accounting Diploma/Certificate
Experience with QuickBook
Detail oriented
Self-starter, with an interest in improving business processes
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
