To the dear folks @ Drivehard:
In my past 21 calls to your shop, 20 of which nobody even bothered picking up the phone during business hours------if you have a fixed one-----and the last time I called, some kid picked up the phone, put me on hold for like 5 min and hung up on me.
I have zero interest in telling you how to run a business, just that when people call [b]my[/b] business, me and my staff actually pick up the phone and respond. What a concept huh?

Now back to business, I am interested in getting a quote on a few suspension-related items. Please kindly PM a number that I could actually get a hold of Marcel / Wayne at. I'd like to talk to the 2 men who actually know their stuff, and not some punk @$$ kid who puts me on hold and then cut me off.
