Now Hiring Full-Time Staff – Sushi Chef / Kitchen / Server | Near UBC

We are hiring for the following full-time positions:

1. Main Sushi Chef – Full Time
• Experienced sushi chef required
• Must be able to prepare and cut whole fish
• Able to work independently as a main sushi chef
• 4–5 days per week
• Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• Must be available on weekends

2. Kitchen Staff – Full Time
• Minimum 1 year of Japanese restaurant kitchen experience
• 4–5 days per week
• Must be available on weekends

3. Server – part time or full time
• Must be available on weekends

Pay will be discussed based on experience.
