Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and shipping/receiving tasks.
Duties
- General reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls and enquiries
- Handle office administration duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in reception area and meeting rooms.
- Support handling the logistic operations smoothly and independently
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Word/ Excel/ Outlook
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
