详情描述 Main purpose of job: To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Office Administration as required
Duties include: -電話接聽 Answering incoming phone calls with good telephone manner -Sales support 業務協助 – invoice/credit note issuing, reports preparation, shipment arrangement for customers including ship notice, communication with customers, monthly price list preparation & mail to all customers 處理客戶訂單 安排出貨與客戶溝通每個月價格表準備並email發送給客人 -Long-term customer service- pre-order, mailing list updates, wait list maintenance, order tracking 長期客服- 預定訂單郵件名單更新 等候名單 訂單追蹤等業務相關 -Importation preparation: Advanced notice of importation preparation 進口文件準備 (ANI) -Warehouse support 倉庫協助 - case marking & product label preparation 箱標 & 產品標籤製作及準備 -Keep the office clean and tidy 保持公司環境整齊
Required Skills: -Language proficiency: intermediate in English; excellent in Mandarin -Great communication skills -High familiarity of the use of MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
