We are a fusion restaurant in Victoria, BC, specializing in a unique blend of Western and Chinese cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for food, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and management experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and make improvements to existing dishes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a kitchen supervisory or management role.

In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Food Safe certification or equivalent is preferred.
