Healthy retired Gentleman looking for apartment that is not too expensive. Not a room in a house but a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in Richmond 

I have no bad habits, very responsible, clean and reliable. I like to keep everything clean and tidy I don't smoke and have no pets.

I am also a handyman, willing to fix things, like plumbing, electrical, flooring and painting

Looking for long term rental in Richmond preferably.

If your going back to China, I can look after your home instead of leaving it vacant
