Hiring High-rise resident manager

A high-rise building near Joyce Station is looking for a resident manager.  The candidate should:

1)able to communicate in English.  Able to speak Mandarin, Cantones or other language is an asset.

2)Has some experince in daily building operation.

3)Good customer service.

4)willing to deal with emergency of building on weekends (will get time off).

5)Can either live outside building or live in the building with subsidized rental. If living outside building, should be able to commute to building within 15-30min.

6)Training will be given.

7)Salary depends on experience and negociable with supplemental medical and dental care.

This a long term employment!!
