POSITION: Business Development Sales
STATUS: Permanent Full-time
SALARY Starting from: $20/hour + Benefits + Bonus
START: Immediately

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Actively approaching new clients through multiple channels, including cold call, social media and email to introduce OSIM brand and product.
  • Participate in Roadshow and Tradeshow held in major cities across North America to generate revenue.
  • Generate new leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information and convert into sales.
  • Follow-up on leads generated through existing customer database and inbound marketing when a new location / roadshow is activated.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners, able to convert inbound sales inquiries to revenue via in-person, phone or email.
  • Collect and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of clients, management and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with our clients.
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge of related KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in online or retail platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and maintaining relationship with customers.
  • Willing to travel across North America for work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in cold calling is a must.
  • Effective time management, multi-task, and organization skills.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, driven, excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
