Job Title: Service Dispatch Assistant/Receptionist

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8hr shift daily, No weekends

We are growing our company and just started a new business with electronic shelf labels, digital journey with sustainability.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Receptionist and service dispatch assistant. In this position you can practice your well-honed skills, meet enticing challenges that help your career ahead and you’ll develop meaningful relationships with our clients and co-workers.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Speaking English fluently;
• Answering the telephone and email correspondence;
• Greeting and screening visitors (barely needed);
• Interacting with clients and scheduling and dispatching our service team for on-site appointments;
• Responding to emergency situations;
