Knightsbridge Property Services is seeking a talented exterior maintenance worker to join our team. Basic English required. Driver License preferred.

The ideal candidate has/is:
-Experience in exterior maintenance (siding cleaning, pressure washing etc.)
-A valid driver's license
-Enjoys working at heights (not without a safety harness)
-Wants job satisfaction - is driven to see the results of their work come to life
-Wants to be a part of - and lead - a tight-knit team
-Exceptional communicator - you are the guy the site contact wants to grab a beer with at the end of the day
-Fall protection / boom lift certification (preferred - not mandatory)
