Full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks
- Recording bank transactions & bank reconciliations
- Businesses on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis (QuickBooks & Excel)
- Balance sheet and income statement preparation
- GST &PST filings
- Monthly bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll and source deduction remittances
- Bank Deposits
- Some admin client related work such as filing, scanning, copying
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks
- Formal accounting training (i.e. A previous accounting courses/diploma is preferred)
- Must be fluent in English
- 2 years of experience
