根据雇佣标准法，凡雇员工作满一年，可享有两个星期的年假
可是我老板跟我说是五天带薪假。。。

没看明白， 我第一份工作开始就有两个星期再加10天带薪病假， 好象没听过只有一个星期的~~~

我靠，，，我的controller给我说2%的wage是vacation pay。。。。找他算账去。。。
貌似是要连续干满12个月后才entitle的
但sick pay没有规定喔，我的才3天，我靠，，，，[s:208]

没说必须full time, 但是part-time 一般只有4%的vacation pay, , 外加一周休息， 毕竟另外一周平时怎么都休了。

也就是说吧， 4% 是vacation pay, 如果 vacation pay平时给你了。 那两周的休假就不一定有薪水拿，所以把， 他们肯给你带薪的假期， 一般中国人都不会反对的吧，

by the way, most companies will prorate ur vacation depending on when u start the job.
i started mine at may 1, and every year i got 15 days of vacation. in this case, they will prorate my vacation to 10 days for this year.
