拿到硕士学位，现在继续读博，符合PNP的条件么 

最近在申请移民的过程中，我想请教个问题。一年前我拿到了本地的Engineering硕士学位，但是因为BC PNP网站上有如下要求： If more than six months have passed since the completion of studies, it is expected that the Nominee Applicant will have obtained a temporary work permit valid for work in BC. 就是说，在拿到硕士学位6个月以后，需要有temporary work permit。而我现在在本校继续读博，不知道是否还符合BC PNP的International Post Graduate的条件。 请有经验的朋友指点，谢谢！
