Is it "safe" to run a test pipe in greater Vancouver?开evo的兄弟们，有人现在装的是test pipe吗？
Aircare aside...(far from worrying about it), will I get in trouble with cops? especially in Richmond? How loud will it be?

it really depends on the mood of the cop. I got a VI before for not running cat but later on i still run with no cat and never had problems
