(會胖!!) 小時候去過很多次鐵板燒店 餐後甜點會上這道菜. 可惜我們沒那種技術和那種料理廚具, 上網找了一下作法 大致整理一下 晚點試試. 基本上.最喜歡到處品嚐美食.挖掘好吃的小店.享受美食是我人生的重大目標之ㄧ.這也造就我年紀輕輕(24才).就有直徑1.1公分的膽結石.大家都說是babypig平時吃太好的關係.呵呵~這好像也不是什麼值得驕傲的事~ 不過.就算再愛吃也不可能天天外食.有時候只想賴在家裡.哪也不想去.所以當我嘴饞的時候.會做一些超超easy的小點心給自己解解饞.今天我要向大家介紹這道甜點~[color=#ff007f][color=blue]五分鐘超easy的法式糖煎香蕉[/color][/color]~ 這可是尙林鐵板燒有的餐後甜點喔.每次去吃都有一種超幸福的感覺喔..但是以尚林鐵板燒的價位沒有遇到大日子是不太可能隨便去吃的.所以babypig就自己動手來做做看囉~ [color=#000000]做法視頻: [url=http://www.bethecook.com/recipes/Fried-Sweet-Bananas]http://www.bethecook.com/recipes/Fried-Sweet-Bananas[/url][/color] [img]http://www.bethecook.com/media/12/Fried-Sweet-Bananas.jpg[/img] Ingredients                                 [list][li]1/4 cup vegetable oil[/li][li]2 ripe plantains (peel should be mostly black)[/li][li]salt to taste[/li][li]lime wedges, optional[/li][li] [/li][/list]                                                         Instructions                                                                      Step 1                                         Use a knife to take off the ends and peel of the plantains. Cut the plantains into half inch pieces in 45 degree angle. Step 2                                         In a heavy duty non stick saute pan over medium high heat, add 1/4 cup vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the plantain pieces. Cook until golden brown, it takes 4-6 minutes per side. When the oil is sizzling, turn the heat to medium. Step 3                                         Served with rice, squeeze the juice of lime on it.
