The name of our bakery Lamajoun comes from a fantastically delicious Mediterranean recipe also called “Lahmajoun”, “Lahme be ajeen” or “Lahmacun” that came to us centuries ago. Our bakers who got special training on preparing Mediterranean food create everything from scratch using only highest quality all-natural ingredients. We never use palm oil, neither any preservatives nor MSG.
The expression “Baked with Love” is not just a slogan, but the main philosophy of our family business. We only bake in good mood sending our love and warm energy to those who will be enjoying our products.
