招聘inside sales/receptionist

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, approachable inside sales/receptionist who is able to build excitement with customers and help continue growth within our company.

Job Title: inside sales/receptionist
The responsibilities include:
- Meet and communicate with the walk-in customers
- Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions
- Analyze the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable products
- Offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product
- Responsible to close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction
- Call up the prospective customers, explain details of the different products and services offered and convince them to buy the products
- Make efforts to achieve the short term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization

The qualified candidate MUST:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make sales calls, and sales presentations
- Should be expert in handling common computer software such as MS Word , Outlook and Ms Excel
- Experience with Simply Accounting
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to identify potential clients, evaluate client needs, and implement product solutions while capturing increased market share
- Language: English and Mandarin
