Property Administrator

We are a real estate investment and property management company located in downtown Vancouver, with more than 640,000 sq. ft. of commercial properties in Canada and the U.S. We are seeking an energetic, capable and career-minded Property Administrator to join our management team and support the day-to-day operation of a 220,000 sq. ft. downtown Vancouver office building. Working closely with the General Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of property management activities in a professional and fast-paced environment, with excellent opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.

The successful candidate will assist with tenant communications and relations, move-in and move-out coordination, inspections, work orders and maintenance scheduling, as well as maintaining leases, insurance certificates, invoices and other property records. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager and assist with tenant communications and building initiatives. We are looking for someone with a college degree and at least 2 years of property management or related experience, strong organizational, research, computer and interpersonal skills, the ability to read financial statements, and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office is an asset.
