Hiring - RBC - Bilingual Banking Advisors

*If you speak fluent Cantonese or Mandarin and read Chinese, we can skip the Chinese typing test!*

*Responsibilities*
-Take 40-60 inbound calls from RBC clients per shift
-85% English calls and 15% Cantonese or Mandarin calls
-Day to day inquiries: everyday banking questions, account openings, changing passwords, credit card charge inquiries etc.


*Requirements*
-Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in the past 24 months
-Traditional or simplified Chinese reading and typing
-Access to a private room and internet connection for remote work
-Flexibility to work various shifts


*Details*
Pay: $25 CAD per hour
Term: 6 month contract (potential extension or conversion to FTE)
Working hours availability required:
4am-11pm PST 7 days/week
(8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Start date: Sept or Oct 2026
Training: Virtual training for 7-12 weeks
Hybrid: Once per week in office after training (1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6E 3P3)(Offices in Mississauga and Winnipeg as well, please email me for more information)
