工作內容
- 負責櫃檯接待,親切迎接來訪客戶及接聽多線電話
- 使用 Microsoft Office、Google Workspace 及 QuickBooks 等系統進行資料輸入與行政作業
- 建立並維護電子及紙本檔案,確保文件整理完善且方便查閱
- 協助基本記帳及財務資料整理
- 透過電話及電子郵件回覆客戶詢問,提供良好的客戶服務
- 安排預約、管理行事曆及協調會議
- 校對信件、報告及各類文件,確保內容正確清晰
- 執行影印、掃描、傳真、郵寄等一般行政工作
- 維持專業的櫃檯形象,並以良好的電話禮儀處理來電
應徵資格
- 具行政助理、文書或相關辦公室工作經驗者佳
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Outlook) 及 Google Workspace
- 熟悉 QuickBooks 或其他會計記帳軟體者佳
- 具備良好的電腦操作能力,包括資料輸入、文件校對及檔案管理
- 具客戶服務經驗及良好的溝通能力
- 曾接觸醫療或牙科診所行政工作者尤佳(非必要)
- 具備良好的組織能力,可同時處理多項工作
- 能在忙碌環境中保持專業的電話應對及行政效率
- 曾擔任櫃檯接待或 Receptionist 者優先考慮
- 能以廣東話溝通者為加分條件

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role is essential in maintaining efficient daily workflows, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Experience with medical or dental office procedures is a plus, but not required. The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Duties:
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping for the office Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support via phone or email Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and clarity Handle administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents Maintain a professional front desk presence and uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems
Experience:
Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management Prior customer service experience demonstrating effective communication skills Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist is desirable
Fluency in Cantonese is an added bonus
