招聘 E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

We are an e-commerce company with years operation in Canada. Currently, there is an job opening at Richmond, BC. Detailed job description please refer to the below.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Routine daily/weekly e-commerce accounts monitoring
• E-marketplaces compliance support
• Respond daily messages, understanding company products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally if needed .
• Monitor & manage online platforms: like listings, images, videos, A+, review update and maintain
• Assist creating marketing contents such as videos via AI tools. Coordinating business partners if needed
• Update and contributing post ideas on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
• Find & Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales, performance, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education. Bachelor is preferred. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to learn new things. Team player with organizational and multitasking skills.
• Amazon operation experience & knowledge is a key factor.
• Other E-marketplaces experience such as eBay, Shopify, Walmart is a plus.
• Experience on e-commerce software tool is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Compensation varies based on experience, personal merit, and responsibilities, with a range of $19–$30 per hour.
