Sungiven Foods Canada Inc. is a Specialty Boutique Neighbourhood Market with carefully selected private brand products.

We are currently looking for a Human Resources & Administrative Assistant.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities

· Perform general reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries professionally

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment across all areas

· Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing and replenishment as required

· Coordinate meetings and manage meeting rooms bookings as needed

· Manage document control and records, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and correspondence handling

· Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and internal office announcements

Human Resources Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department

· Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination

· Assist in organizing company events and staff engagement initiatives

· Assist in the administration of group benefits programs

· Support HR projects and company-wide initiatives

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Skills and Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of general office administration experience is an asset

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Highly organized; Self Driven and Initiating

· Friendly and professional demeanor

· Ability to assist/help client problems with a high level of customer service

· Exceptional communication skills

· Ability to speak Chinese or Cantonese is an asset
