Store Manager Recruitment

Jolly Bubble Indoor Playground is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager. If you are familiar with operational management, possess excellent leadership skills, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of children's activity venues, we warmly welcome you to join our team!

Job Description:

• Develop business objectives for the store and ensure their achievement through effective management.
• Enforce store rules and regulations, oversee daily store operations.
• Responsible for training and managing subordinate employees, as well as coordinating and resolving work-related issues.
• Employee recruitment and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• gender-neutral. Bachelor's degree or higher education level, with a certain understanding of the indoor entertainment industry.
• Strong customer service skills, ability to resolve customer conflicts. Honest, diligent, compassionate, strong work ethic, excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and team management skills.
• More than 3 years of work experience, with preference given to those with management experience in large chain enterprises, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, or entertainment industry.
• Language requirements：English is a must and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
• Note: Due to the company being in the service industry, availability during statutory holidays is required.

• 男女不限，本科及以上学历，对室内娱乐行业有一定程度了解；
• 正直勤奋有爱心，工作责任心强，有较强的沟通协调、组织能力、团队管理能力；
• 3年以上工作经验，有大型连锁企业、商超、餐饮、酒店或娱乐行业经营管理经验者优先；
• 语言要求：英文、中文
• 注意事项：因公司属服务行业，法定假日期间需要配合管理。
