详情描述 We are looking for Administrative Assistants to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Their duties include: providing administrative support to our professional staff, coordinating daily office operations, and managing internal control functions.
Description of duties: • Screen phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner • Coordinate meetings and video conferences • Manage inbound and outbound correspondence • Work independently and within a team environment to produce high-quality deliverables • Coordinate presentation and reporting activities • Participate in staff training • Other duties as needed to enhance operation efficacy
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in business administration or liberal arts • Experience in administration and data processing an asset • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Strong word processing skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access • Good customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and function well under stress • Resilient to work pressure and able to adapt to tight deadlines • Service and detail oriented, taking pride in completing tasks efficiently
