About Us:

PLAYHEADS is a dynamic Vancouver-based marketing agency. We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Account Manager to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with client goals.

- Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce effective marketing materials.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

- Ensure all marketing efforts are culturally relevant and resonate with both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.

Requirements:

- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

- Proven experience in marketing and project management.

- Have strong attention to detail. Please mention watermelon in your cover letter. 

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
