详情描述 The Store Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and Team Lead. The role will ensure efficient day-to-day operations of both the market and café areas. This role will lead, manage and train staff to achieve the highest level of customer service, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Creates a shopping experience that engages customers to increase loyalty, sales, and profit
- Provides superior customer service to meet customer needs, deals with complaints in a professional manner
- Organizes and presents products in accordance with store standards and various promotional events
- Demonstrates product knowledge, including promotions and seasonal trends
- Oversees and performs receiving duties
- Schedules, hires and trains store staff
- Manages stock on all shelves, ensuring a tidy and full display of products
- Handles Point-of-sales, cash transactions and other cashier duties
- Manages expired products and minimizes shrinkage
- Implements store policies and procedures, ensures all store areas are clean at all times
- Communicates customer feedback to Store Manager and makes recommendations for improvement
- Performs store opening and closing duties
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by Store Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience of leadership experience in a retail store environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for an extended period of time
- Ability to speak mandarin or cantonese is an asset
