Job Summary:
As a Retail Associate at PokeChest, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and our products are presented and managed effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining the seamless connection between our physical and digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the stock is correctly received, stored, and displayed.
• Efficiently stock inventory on shelves, keeping the store organized and presentable.
• Process and fulfill both online and offline orders with accuracy and speed.
• Create engaging open box videos and product feature videos for Chinese social media platforms like Xiao Hong Shu to showcase new and exciting products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system confidently.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with excellent communication skills
• Proven customer service experience in a retail or related field.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
• Passion for Pokémon and collectibles is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must be able to lift and move stock weighing up to 20 - 30 pounds.

Salary: $16.75/hour plus commission
