Responsibilities:

 Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in person.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, effectively resolving issues.

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.

Maintain precise client records and update database information accurately.

Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are picked and fulfilled in a timely manner.

Efficiently manage customer complaints, offering appropriate resolutions.

Coordinate with colleagues to ensure invoicing processes are accurate.

 Experience:

 Preference is given to candidates with 1 year+ experience in customer service roles.

Familiarity with Shopify/Amazon operations is beneficial.

Possess excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Exhibit strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail.

A high school diploma is required, while post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Fluency in Mandarin is required.
