About Baywest Robotics Inc: Baywest Robotics Inc is a leading technology company dedicated to innovation in the field of robotics. We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated UX/UI Designer - Cloud Based Systems with expertise in Ali Cloud to join our dynamic team at our Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:
•Distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
•Use the tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel and Overflow.
•User research and translating insights from research to your designs.
•Developing and maintaining design wire-frames and specifications.
•Collaborating with visual designers and creative directors to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the end products.
•Communicating screen designs, interaction models, end-to-end experiences, and the target audience to other members of the project team.
•Comparing the user experience of existing applications and working to design better alternatives.
•Developing task flows and wireframes based on user needs.
•Keeping current with industry trends and competitor products and communicating design prototypes and ideas to developers. Preferred Skills & Experience
• Willingness to explore industry trends in technology and design with the entire development team.
• Extensive understanding of mobile and web platforms.
• Being a highly organized workshop facilitator who knows how to prepare, analyze, and run a workshop with the clients and the team.
• Familiarity with information architecture and interaction design.
• Good understanding in project research and management, and a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Great communication skills both when interfacing with customers as well as when working with your team.
• Flexible, decisive and know how to focus on the needs of the clients.
• Able to lead large and complex projects.
• Know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled.

Mandatory:
•Knowledge of responsive design techniques for mobile optimization.
•Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with UI/UX designs.
•Good experience in the cloud environments like Ali Cloud (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
•Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining distributed systems.
