As our Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day ongoing of our wine shop. This ideal candidate is one that thinks critically and knows how to lead a team to achieve their targets while maintaining a positive teamwork environment.

Minimum 3 years of full-time management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day of retail wine shop
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
• Reach sales targets with the support of the team
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Exceptional customer service and manage any feedbacks with professionalism
• Increase sales opportunities through other avenues such as events, restaurant sales, liquor store sales

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical and growth mindset
• B2B and B2C sales experience
• Valid Serving it Right Certificate
