Project Coordinator

We are contractor, looking for a Project Coordinator or Administrator Assistant to join our team.

Position Details:
Assist in Project Management and Estimating in an office environment
Utilizing programs including Mircosoft Office and Auto Cad
To issue project drawing, organize, track, and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence
Overseeing operations of the office - recycling, arranging couriers, bank deposits, etc.
Processing purchase orders & change orders
Reading of Construction Drawings an asset
Position is for maternity leave replacemnt, has potential to be permanent. 

The ideal candidate will:
Have basic construction knowledge and administrative skills
Have a willingness to learn
Be self-motivated as we are willing to train
Be able to work in a team or independently
Be detail oriented in all aspects of the job

Have good communication skill

Fluent in Chinese is an asset
