We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Sales Account Executive. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent while also playing a pivotal role in expanding our client base through effective sales and account management strategies. Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and engage with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various job roles.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top-tier talent.
Sales and Marketing:
- Identify and target prospective client companies through market research and networking.
- Engaging in both door-to-door visits and targeted cold calling to reach potential client companies.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new client partnerships.
- Present our services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and promote our services.
Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and continued collaboration.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain long-lasting partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and contributing to the growth of both candidates' careers and client companies.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
