Daily Routine
Prepare quotes in personal line and commercial line insurance
Assist in autoplan insurance
Supervise autoplan staffs

Talent Management:
Review ICBC transactions with staffs
Convey regular meetings to train staffs in all aspect of insurance, especially, ICBC requirements and updates
Motivate staffs to achieve their highest peforamnce

Business Development:
Select good clients
Upsell our current clients
Increase our business volume
Build a good reputation in our neighbourhood

Requirements
Excellent phone skills and supervisory skills
Well versed in excel and email
Advance knowledge and experience in autoplan
Able to cultivate strong relationship and rapport with ICBC
Able to update to level 3 licence, current level 3 licencee
knowledge in digital markting an asset but not required
CAIB and/or CIP designation

Remuneration
Annual Salary and commission     $80,000  and Up  (Depending on experience)
