Langley Farm Market (LFM) currently has six Metro Vancouver locations offering fresh produce, meat, specialty groceries, baked goods and delicatessen cold cuts. 

We are now looking for Store Managers to join our teams.

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Coquitlam, Burnaby, Pitt Meadows

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Provide quality customer service
• Perform opening, closing, ordering, receiving and stocking tasks
• Train, schedule, supervise and support staff members
• Confer with management in developing quality management and sales strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of related experience in retail/food business
• Knowledge of merchandising, quality assurance, food safety and inventory management
• Enjoy working in a customer-oriented environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Available to work shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings and statutory holidays
• Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin would be an asset

This is a full-time position. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
