Essential Functions:

• Teach students the basics of Singapore math and other subjects including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics
• Assist in the development of curriculum based on student growth and interests
• Work with the teamto ensure that all students are learning in a positive and supportive environment
• Other duties as assigned by the School Principal

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or related fields
• Previous Singapore math teaching experience required
• Familiar with the Singapore math curriculum throughout grades
• Must be able to work with a diverse student body and work collaboratively with other staff.
• Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours:

Salary: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• On call

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Richmond, BC V6X 2B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Singaporemath teaching: 1 year
