Full Time Marketing Coordinator

What You Will Do

1. Responsible to the planning and implementation of events sponsored by clients, the firm, and the community.
2. Social Media: Devise and execute strategic plans for social media to amplify our online presence and interact with our community. Curate and generate captivating content for various social media platforms like RED and TikTok. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Content: Assist in producing content for diverse marketing channels, including blog posts, website copy, and emails. Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging, tone, and adherence to brand guidelines remain consistent.
4. Campaign: Organize and carry out marketing campaigns, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables. Assist in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
5. Graphic: Develop visually appealing and captivating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets. Create designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is preferred.
6. Perform other duties and special projects, as required.

What You Will Bring

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related programs.
2. Understanding of Social Media platforms (Example: RED, TikTok) and up-to-date on latest trends.
3. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills
4. A team player
5. Preferably with relevant experience in education and immigration organization, consulting services, sales and market development.
6. Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
