We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team!

Job Description:

- Act on behalf of the owner, serve as a liaison and ensure that the owner's best interests are protected, and the owner’s objectives are being met.

- Maintain an independent overview of the entire operation and provide creative and strategic input throughout the process.

- Routine report to the owner

- Review Sales & Marketing Strategies & plans and look for ways to improve.

- System audits, capital and operational budget reviews, and variation analysis.

- Annual Business plan review with a detailed focus on revenue forecasting for the Hotel project or business

- Work alongside departmental leaders to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, and ensure the hotel is well managed

- To perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

Qualifications and Skills:

- 10+ years of hotel leadership experience

- Financial, revenue management, and budgeting experience

- Demonstrated success in building and motivating a team while creating and maintaining a respectful and productive work environment

- Degree or diploma in Business, Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality

- Proven experience and strengths in Resource Management, Critical Thinking, Leadership, Team Building, and Conflict Management required

- Proficient in English both verbally and written

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
