An established and continually growing brokerage has an opportunity for realtors (agents) / Rental & Strata Management Licensees to join. As the brokerage conducts the services of rental management, the strata management as well as real estate trading in Greater Vancouver, solid trading referrals will be granted to the contracted realtors within this organization from time to time.

This brokerage also welcomes the following licenses to join by a contract:

Those passing the UBC trading or rental or strata management course, but yet to be hired by a brokerage;

Those retiring, but like to keep his/her trading or rental or strata licenses just in case he/she will come back to work;

Those trading, or rental or strata licenses temperately leaving the jobs, but liking to keep the licenses active for the future careers.
