详情描述 Our law firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Controller.
Duties: -general accounting and administrative duties include, but not limited to, -area in reception, data entry, accounts receivable and accounts payable -journal entries, monthly bank reconciliations, trust accounting transactions, A/R, A/P, payroll, GST/PST filings and payments, and others -assist other staff and in other administrative tasks as needed -assist in Corporate Division
Requirements: -workplace will be in both downtown Vancouver and Richmond(offices are close to skytrain stations) -working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook -able to manage workload and prioritise depending on urgency -honest, reliable, and responsible -no experience required but relevant education and experience is an asset -fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese considered an asset
