You have/is: 

• At least 3-5 years experience in project management
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and writing skills. Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required. 
• Experience working with and running bilingual digital marketing and media campaigns
• Knowledge of Ethnic marketing platforms and WeChat advertising
• Understanding of SEM, display and paid social advertising
• Superior time management skills and ability to meet hard deadlines
• The ability to think critically, problem solve under pressure and make sound decisions
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Even better if you have:

• Agency experience
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Ability to speak/read Cantonese/Korean

Overview of your work:

• Work closely with the Account Manager to execute campaigns in collaboration with internal and external teams, meeting goals, deadlines and on budget.
• Actively engage with clients including timely communication and participation in client meetings throughout the project to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Lead project meetings, plan and assign tasks, and keep track of progress of the internal production team
• Monitor hours, plans and expenditures
• Develop a firm understanding of client’s company and industry
• Stay current in trends and technology in digital marketing and in the Chinese market in particular.
