Digital Marketing Associate

We are a fast-growing distributor of Restaurant Supplies and PPE with a base in Richmond BC

Key responsibilities (Digital Marketing):

• Identify trends and insights for social media
• Optimize content, monitor, and update all social media platforms
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
• Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
• Track the website traffic flow, implement, and analyze performance metrics
• Plan and direct marketing campaigns
• Measure and assess goals
• Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
• Handling inquiries (calls and emails) and follow up admin. work as needed

Qualifications:

• High School or above
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Great work ethic, high initiative, self-motivation, and positive attitude
• Ability to multi-tasking, good time management skills, detail-oriented
• Demonstrate a high-level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
• Effective problems solving skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Photoshop
• Communicate effectively in both written and oral English and Cantonese
• Fluent in Mandarin an asset
• Good knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
