Job type: Full-time, Non remote

Working hours：Monday To Friday 9am-6pm

Salary: Discuss in person

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing material to publish on our website and social media outlets

• Plan and propose marketing strategies for the launching of the store

• Collect data on customer demographics, needs, preferences, and purchasing habits

• Create and manage marketing plans to attract customers through various online platforms as well as in the cafe

• Develop plans for promotional events and find methods to measure the success of the event

• Graphic design skills. Fluent in use Photoshop or AI to create Poster for marketing purpose.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in marketing specialist or related positions.

• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, adobe illustrator, and Photoshop

• Fluent in English

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to deal with others effectively; work well independently and within a team environment.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

开放职位: Marketing Specialist 市场营销专员

工作性质：全职，非远程办公

工作时间：星期一至星期五 9am-6pm

岗位职责：

（1）制定和管理营销计划，包括：为日常网站和社交媒体帖子收集营销材料，为店面提出营销策略，收集与统计客户需求、偏好和购买习惯相关数据。

（2）了解当前市场趋势并应用于公司市场，研究改进商业模式的创新新技术与资源。

（3）评估预算、成本、收益等因素，提出产品的定价和调整建议。

岗位需求：

（1）熟悉OFFICE，Photoshop, adobe illustrator软件操作

（2）较强的人际、书面与口头沟通能力

（3）一到两年市场营销相关工作经验

（4）较强的与他人合作，独立工作的能力

（5）在加拿大有合法工作的身份
