详情描述 Warehouse Administrative Assistant
Job Description
- Support the warehouse’s logistics for outbound deliveries and ensure services are provided in an efficient and effective manner;
- Prepare documents and communicate shipment details with various parties;
- Track and manage the inventory records of various retailers and assist in annual stock counts;
- Liaise with other departments for any shipment problems or issues;
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse (such as oversee warehouse office supply levels, review employee work hour reports, manage vendor bills, etc);
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and in particular, MS Excel;
- Prior experience with SAP’s Produmex Warehouse Management System is an asset;
- Excellent time-management skills, and the ability to excel with the pressure of deadlines;
- Highly organized and detail oriented;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and react to changing conditions;
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, long periods of standing, etc);
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in logistics/supply chain, business or related field is an asset;
- Experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain experience is an asset;
- Must be able to communicate in English; an additional second language (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a strong advantage;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
