ToKEN Studio Inc. is a Canadian first designer toy retailer that features a variety of collectible figurines, blind boys, and other unique arts toys. We collect the most popular toy brands from all around the world, including 52Toys, Be@rbrick, Lamtoys, Finding Unicorn, Pop Mart and Toptoys. Our team are passionate about exploring new endeavours. Working at ToKEN, your duties & responsibilities:

• Greets and interacts with customers.
• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, recommending options suitable for the customers needs,
• Assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• Passionate about designer toys and have equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time.
• Willingness to learn the development trend of designer toys.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Full-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: From $15.65 per hour

Additional pay:

• Bonus pays
• Commission pays
• Overtime pays

Schedule:

• Monday-Sunday
• Part-time 5-hour shift
• Full-time 8-hour shift
• Day shift
