U Choice Manufacturing Inc. is a wide-range PCB assembly company established in 2007 in Surrey, British Columbia and over a decade endeavored to provide the highest quality PCB circuit board assembly services and do our best to achieve estimated customer satisfaction in Canada and USA

Because of the development of the company, we are looking for a Junior Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is a plus

2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

5. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

6. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and learn new concepts

Salary: Base Salary $21/h + Commission
