Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently looking for a Food Service – Sales Admin Assistant to join our Food Service Department.

Position Summary:

The Food Service – Sales Admin Assistant reports to the Food Service Department Assistant Managers. The ideal candidate would be capable of providing excellent administrative and clerical support to the sales team as well as perform all sales administrative duties effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order and data entry; inputting orders, processing sample request orders and correcting/fixing orders input by sales representatives
• Coordinate closely with customers, sales and warehouse teams in daily operation, including in delivery, product quality and service issues
• Credit note preparation, invoicing and AR related duties
• Meeting preparation – Produce the Weekly Sales Team Meeting agenda, research reports, Sales and AR reports, meeting minutes and prepare sampling for sensory (taste) tests
• Develop and maintain Food Service Sales Team forms and reports
• Maintain and update statements, sales sheet with customer comments on OneDrive
• Review and report stock level for key items on weekly basis
• Work as back up for other sales admin staff from time to time

Requirements / Must-Haves:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem solving
• Good teamwork with high level of dedication

Assets / Nice-to-Haves:

• Ability to communicate in Korean, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Japanese is an asset

Benefits:

• Expected Hourly Wage: $17.43 to $24.45
