Millwork Factory Hiring

We are a millwork factory located in Richmond (near Cambie Road cross No.6 Road), we are hiring for the following positions :

1) Social Media Content Creator ($18-30/hour)

• 2 years of social media experience
• Strong writing & editing skills
• Ability to create visually engaging content
• Knowledge of social media trends & best practices
• Experience with scheduling & analytics tools
• Understanding of target audience & brand voice
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with tight deadlines & multitasking
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva…etc.
• Experience with paid social media advertising

2)  Interior Designer Assistant ($18-40/hour)

• Proficient in AutoCad and SketchUp
• Detail minded and enthusiastic to working as a team
• Communicate with clients for their needs
• Prepare quotes and material list
• Willing to work in tight deadlines & multitasking
• Proficient in English and Chinese

3) System Analyst ($20-35/hour)

• Design, develop, test, implement and oversee IT systems
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within an organization's IT infrastructure
• Review existing IT systems and internal processes
• Develop, implement and apply policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of software products and information systems, and to ensure that all systems and processes meet organization standards and user requirements
• Develop quality assurance procedures and tests for the development and improvement of new and existing systems
• Identify, analyze and document discrepancies and ensure that appropriate adjustments are made
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on computer systems
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
